Cello is a young marketing services group which from the start invested in an Academy for its high fliers. The purpose of the Academy is to inspire and build a network of professionals and to leave them with a shared knowledge of the group’s businesses and a common set of leadership tools.
Paul Tredwell was one of our trusted external members of Faculty. During the dismal days of the downturn, he brought geological layers of agency experience, his extensive knapsack of practical tips and above all his relentless charm to the mission critical Business Development module of this core programme.
